〈Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations〉
We do not accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped. We will exchange the product for a good one only if it is defective.
Defective items must be returned within 5 days of receipt. We will bear the shipping costs.

Back orders are available for items that are awaiting delivery. The product shipping schedule is shown on each product page. If you have purchased other items in bulk, all purchased items will be shipped together as soon as the back ordered items are in stock.
